2 ounces sweet vermouth
2 ounces Campari
1 splashes club soda

Mix equal parts sweet vermouth and
Campari over ice, top with a splash of
club soda, and garnish with an orange
wedge.
Ginger Shandie
Ingredients:
3 bottles (11.2-ounce) chilled
Hoegaarden beer
1 bottle (12-ounce) ginger beer
1 thinly sliced lemon
Garnish: Mint sprig
Instructions:
In a large pitcher, combine
Hoegaarden with ginger beer. Stir in
most lemon slices and mint sprigs. Fill
6 rocks glasses with ice. Add remaining
lemon slices to glasses and pour in
shandy.
Sauza S’mores Margarita
Ingredients (4 servings):
6 ounces Sauza® Blue Silver Tequila
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
4 ounces chocolate liqueur
1/3 cup cream
Garnish: Mini Marshmallows,
Toothpicks,Chocolate-Marshmallow
Creme Sauce
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker
with ice. Pour into prepared glasses
rimmed with Chocolate-Marshmallow
Creme Sauce. Garnish with a skewer
of mini marshmallows.
Dirty Diana
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Pyrat XO Reserve rum
or other aged rum
3/4 ounces squeezed lime juice
3/4 ounce dark agave nectar
1 1/2 ounces grapefruit juice
A dash of peach bitters
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add rum,
lime juice, agave, grapefruit juice and
bitters, shake well. Strain into an ice-
filled Collins glass.
Cuervo Tradicional El

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Jose Cuervo
Tradicional
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 ounc simple syrup
1 splash ginger ale
1 wedge lime
Garnish: Lime wedge
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a highball or rocks
glass. Top off with ginger ale.
Paloma Brava
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila, such
as Don Julio
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 small orange
Juice of 1 small grapefruit
4 ounces grapefruit soda
Agave nectar to taste
Garnish: Lime wheel
Instructions: Fill a large glass mug
with ice. Add pinch of salt, tequila, lime,
orange, and grapefruit juice. Stir gently.
Top off with grapefruit soda, add agave
nectar to taste and garnish with lime
wheel.
Cayuse Cherry Bomb
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces gin
1 ounce sweet cherry juice
1 1/2 teaspoons simple syrup
2 dashes of bitters
Sparkling wine
Garnish: Orange twist
Instructions:
Mash the orange section in a cocktail
shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Add the
gin, cherry juice, simple syrup, and
bitters and shake well. Strain into a
martini glass and top with sparkling
wine; garnish with the twist.
Gin Rickey
Ingredients:
1 1/4 ounces Tanqueray London
Dry Gin
1/4 ounce lime juice
1 ounce soda water
Instructions:
Stir together Tanqueray London Dry
Gin and lime juice. Serve over ice in
highball glass. Top with soda water.

1 ounce Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
1 ounce grapefruit juice
1 teaspoons salt
Instructions:
In a shaker, add Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka
and grapefruit juice. Stir and serve over
ice in salt-rimmed glass.
